Wanted to put in a Runcore SSD. While the SK3 is not an easy change out like some other machines. I have had it part way apart as part of a test, but I was curious if there were some general instructions for getting into it.

Re: Kohjinsha SK3 SK3KX06GA reviews, specifications and community links.

hey chippy im new to computers, i just want a netbook i can bring to school, can watch youtube with no lag and also can play 720p or 1080p videos. what would you recommend? thanks

Re: Kohjinsha SK3 SK3KX06GA reviews, specifications and community links.

yes, it is available now and can play at least 720p given the correct format and drivers. 1080p is also possible. I travel to the Middle East training lifeguards and this device hopefully will be great! I've a few of UMPC's in the past including OQO model 2 and the M912x. I'm hoping this one works for me. Any idea what the panel under the device is? Is it a 3G card? I've also ordered the case and a new car charger, however that will take a few more weeks. Just tracking my package on DHL and its in Hong Kong, should be here in the next few days.

I will keep you informed.

Re: Kohjinsha SK3 SK3KX06GA reviews, specifications and community links.

Did some more testing with the Kohjinsha SK3. Under W7 I can get 2.5hrs, on-net. Runcore SSD makes it very usable.
